This is our most advanced style that focuses on alignment, breath, and precise movements to invigorate the body and mind.

A 60 minute Yoga Sculpt class, focusing on igniting your core, strengthening your muscles, and completely energizing your day. This flow is mixed with traditional core workouts, to make sure you are finding your inner strength.

Detox Yoga

A 60 minute Restorative Yoga class, focusing on breath work and stretching on your mat. This class is intended to be relaxing and calm your mind, body, and spirit; flowing for flexibility and mind-body connection.

Experience the power and grace of Ashtanga Flow, a dynamic yoga practice rooted in the traditional Ashtanga method. This class focuses on linking breath with movement in a flowing sequence of postures, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Yoga Sculpt

A 60 minute detox class designed to rejuvenate, and cleanse both the body and the mind. Through a series of fluid, detoxifying poses and deep stretches, this class helps to release toxins, improve circulation, and improve mental clarity. Focuses on breath work, twists, and stretching, Detox Yoga encourages relaxation while aiding the body’s natural detoxification process.

A 60 minute class, with a breath based practice designed to fire up your core, strengthen your body, and completely calm your mind. Learn to move fluidly with your breath and develop a mind-body connection. Practiced to light music in a warm room.

Power Flow

A 60 minute mindful yet energetic class. You will be lead through the synchronization of breath and movement to elongate the muscles, build strength and balance. With gentle music, and variations of core work you will leave feeling refreshed, sweaty, and invigorated. Options for beginners or seasoned practitioners.

60 minute Barre class focused on creating long muscles, improving flexibility, coordination, and posture - with no joint stress.

HUB Trio

Hub Trio  is a 60-minute class that offers a perfect balance of cardio, strength, and flexibility. You’ll start with 20 minutes of high-energy spin to get your heart pumping, followed by 20 minutes of weight training to build muscle, and finish with 20 minutes of yoga to stretch and restore. This class is designed to give you a total-body workout in just one session, leaving you feeling strong, energized, and centered.

Groove Ride

Get ready to pedal, party, and push your limits! Groove Ride is a high-energy 45-minute cycling class that combines the intensity of a killer workout with the joy of dancing to the beat.
