Starting with 20 minutes of high-energy spin, followed by 20 minutes of weight training, and finishing with 20 minutes of yoga to restore. This class is designed to give you a total body workout in just one session, leaving you feeling energized and centered.

Moderate arm choreography

Express Spin is a 30 minute spin class, get in and get what you need! A great high intensity, low impact cardio workout with some choreography. This class is designed to work your full body, leaving you energized and refreshed! Great for both new and experienced riders.
