A 60 minute class, with a breath based practice designed to fire up your core, strengthen your body, and completely calm your mind. Learn to move fluidly with your breath and develop a mind-body connection. Practiced to light music in a warm room.

A 60 minute detox class designed to rejuvenate, and cleanse both the body and the mind. Through a series of poses and stretches, this class helps to release toxins, improve circulation, and provide mental clarity. Focusing on breath work and stretching, this class encourages relaxation while aiding the body’s natural detoxification process.

A 60 minute Yoga Sculpt class, focusing on igniting your core, strengthening your muscles, and completely energizing your day. This class incorporates hand weights, so you can combine the calming benefits of yoga while feeling like your strongest self. This flow is mixed with traditional core workouts, to make sure you are finding your inner strength on and off the mat.

A hot 60 minute yoga class, the traditional Hot Yoga sequence with twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises. Enjoy the benefits of the original hot yoga in just 60 minutes. This is our most advanced style focusing on alignment, breath, and precise movements to invigorate the body and mind.

A 60 minute mindful yet energetic class. You will be lead through the synchronization of breath and movement to elongate the muscles, build strength and balance. With gentle music, and variations of core work you will leave feeling refreshed, sweaty, and invigorated. Options for beginners or seasoned practitioners.

Express Spin is a 30 minute spin class, get in and get what you need! A great high intensity, low impact cardio workout with some choreography. This class is designed to work your full body, leaving you energized and refreshed! Great for both new and experienced riders.
